SmartCues.ai and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by SmartCues.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your data (e.g., your Playbooks, call metadata). By using our platform, you grant us a license to process your data to provide our services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon termination, you will lose access to the platform and your data may be deleted after 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Disclaimers
SmartCues.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartCues.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
