We collect anonymized data about how you use the platform (e.g., which features you use, how often you log in) to improve our product.

Call Metadata

We collect metadata about your calls (e.g., duration, participants, topics covered) to power the Manager's Dashboard and analytics features. However, we do notstore full call transcripts by default.

  • To show process adherence analytics in the Manager's Dashboard

Call transcripts are not stored on our servers by default. If you choose to enable transcript storage (optional), those transcripts are encrypted and stored securely in compliance with SOC 2 standards.

We do not sell your data. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers: We use third-party services (e.g., AWS, Stripe) to operate our platform
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights
